Harry's, best known for its subscription service, manufactures and sells shaving equipment and personal care products through online and retail channels.

In 13 months, Harry's has expanded its retail presence from 6,000 to 29,000 stores, growing its presence in the U.S. and entering the E.U. I’ve led the international store design team to seamlessly manage this growth, implementing processes that are flexible, scalable, and responsive to the needs of the business.
