A bit about me...

After graduating from ENSCI – Les Ateliers in Paris, I began my career in automotive and industrial design at Renault S.A.. Later, I moved to the United States and took on global leadership roles as Creative Director and Vice President of Creative for international brands. For over twenty years, I have led design, engineering, and architectural projects for retail solutions across three continents, working on everything from single products to full store environments. I help brands turn retail spaces into experiences that turn casual shoppers into loyal customers. Whether working with AT&T, BMW, Amazon, Microsoft, or Under Armour, I make sure creative vision and operational discipline come together to deliver real business results.

As Head of Global Store Design at Harry’s Inc. (Mammoth Brands), I expanded our retail presence in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and the E.U., and helped launch two of Target’s most successful CPG brands, Flamingo and Lume. By bringing together design, supply chain, and creative services into one global team, we achieved the same results with 30% fewer resources, cut costs by up to 60%, and sped up time to market by 50%. I believe in empowering teams by giving them the freedom to innovate while keeping them focused on a clear strategy. This approach has led to industry recognition, including an Addy Best of Show, DuPont Imagineering Award, Retail Design Institute International Design Award, A.R.E. International Design Award, Golden OMA, and several POPAI Outstanding Merchandising Achievement Awards.

Today, I combine design and technology by using AI tools in the retail design process to boost creativity, manage budgets, and create scalable, people-focused solutions. Outside my executive role, I speak at events and serve on boards, sharing ideas about the future of retail, experiential design, and leadership. I am a dedicated design leader who challenges the status quo, builds strong cross-functional teams, and encourages organizations to push beyond their comfort zones to deliver meaningful, award-winning customer experiences.
