We were engaged to take an extremely rough set of early Cadillac sketches and evolve them into a scalable, premium design system capable of expressing the brand’s most sophisticated luxury cues. Our role was to translate loose conceptual thinking into a fully formed retail experience—one that could captivate the most discerning customers through unmistakable design language, elevated materials, and thoughtful spatial accommodations. We refined every element with intention: the flow, the tactility, the visual hierarchy, the emotional beats. The result is a design platform that doesn’t just support Cadillac’s luxury positioning—it amplifies it. It gives the brand a modern, future‑ready environment that feels crafted, confident, and unmistakably premium, while remaining flexible enough to adapt across markets and formats.
